Big Green Egg Corn in Husk

Ingredients

  • 6 Ears of Corn
  • Basil Butter
  • 1 stick of Butter room Temp
  • 1/4 Cup Chopped Basil
  • Sea Salt
  • Black Pepper

Instructions

  1. Heat Big Green Egg to 400
  2. Pull the husks down the ear to the base. Remove the silk from each ear of corn Fold husks back into place and tie food string around ear to hold husk in place. Put the ears of corn in a large bowl of cold water with 1 tablespoon of salt for 30 minutes.
  3. Remove corn from water and shake off excess.
  4. Place Ears on Direct Heat
  5. Close Grill and Cook for 15 Minutes, turning ears every 5
  6. Remove Corn from Big Green Egg and let rest 5 minutes
  7. Prepare Basil Butter
  8. Combine Butter, Basil, Sea Salt and Pepper in Food Processor.
  9. Remove Corn Husk and brush with Basil Butter
  10. Serve
